Using its domain knowledge, Skylan has created frameworks for risk assessment of several hazards, including the effect of climate change on impact-based forecasting, hydro-meteorological hazards. To do all of this, Skylan has been creating models that combine models based on machine learning, numerical models, and conventional statistical modeling techniques.
